FROM MD RT. 50:
1. Take Exit 24, Rowe Blvd and keep RIGHT.
2. Continue across the Weems Creek Bridge.
3. Go through the first light (Melvin Avenue).
4. At the second light (Taylor Avenue), make a LEFT.
5. Make a RIGHT onto route 450.
6. Go through the first light at the (King George Street) intersection.
7. At the second stop light (Bowyer Road), make a RIGHT toward the Gate #8 Guard Shack.
8. At Gate #8 Guard Shack, please stop to show your ID/Visitor’s Pass to the guard.
9. Continue to the second LEFT turn which is Phythian Road.
10. If you’ve crossed the bridge, you have gone too far.
11. Continue on Phythian Road. The cemetery will be on your right side.
12. Continue past the cemetery on the right and the first building you come to (which is on the left) is the Jack C. Taylor Conference Center.
13. Follow the A-frame parking signage down Wood Rd. to the Severn Lot.
14. Park in any available space.

A food truck will be available on site each day for lunch. Ordering information can be found in each day’s agenda above. Because only one hour is scheduled for lunch each day, attendees should plan to either purchase lunch from the food truck or bring their own meal.
On Day 1, minimal coffee and light snacks will be provided. For all three days, attendees are encouraged to bring any additional snacks, beverages, or personal items they may want throughout the day.

Everyone is encouraged to participate. Wear your oldest or most meaningful EOD shirt — EOD school, first team, first deployment, etc. The run is intended to be a relaxed opportunity to build camaraderie, sweat a little, and get a tour of the Yard alongside fellow members of the Joint EOD community.
No showers will be available following PT. Plan to return to your hotel prior to the start of the symposium.

Upon booking one of our meeting rooms, you gain access to a comprehensive array of services aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of your event. By scheduling these services in advance, we guarantee that everything will be arranged and ready for your use on the scheduled day.
We have a variety of room sizes and most of our workspaces have rooms for up to 21 people.
When you make your booking, you can choose to add tea and coffee for your meeting and any presentation or videoconferencing equipment you need. We can also arrange catering for you—just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you need any technical support, we can arrange for our on-site team to help you set up AV equipment and any printing, scanning, or admin services you might need.
If there are no other bookings after yours, you can use the meeting room for as long as you like that day—we’ll update the checkout time and cost.
